No orders are taken over the phone. All transactions are via or through Paypal and electronic bank transfer to ensure secure payments. Delivery of product(s) ordered are processed after full payment has been received. All orders are acknowledge by email. If you ordered the wrong product(s) please let us know as soon as possible. Once the product(s) has left our warehouse (usually after 48 hours of placement of order) and the order is cancelled, the cost to return these to our premises will be deducted from the refund. Please, be aware that very often shipping costs at checkout can be below real shipping cost. If you let us know of the cancellation before the goods have been dispatched, we will gladly refund the full amount less any transaction fee.
4myhome endeavour to the best of their ability to ensure stock is available at time of purchase. Unfortunately due to stock fluctuation and accuracy of supplier's stock list an item might not be available at placement of order. Feel free to contact us if you wish to be advised an item is in stock prior to purchasing.

Lay-By We can offer lay-by for most products except for discounted items or when using coupon code. When making a request, please advise the product(s) you are interested and your postcode if delivery is required. A proposal will be sent to you for acceptance. All items are subject to availability. Although we endeavour to keep stock at all time, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available as stated in our website. If the delays are not acceptable to you, we are happy to cancel the order and process a refund.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the area and are not refundable once the goods are dispatched. Your delivery charges is clearly indicated at the checkout. All effort are made to deliver the goods within the estimated time given, however delays might arise due to product(s) availability, public holidays or to unforeseen reasons out of our control. We shall not be liable for delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item(s) being dispatched from our warehouse. In the case of furniture and particularly with beds, we recommend you keep the existing furniture until the new ones has arrived in good order. It is your responsibility to ensure you have signed for the correct boxes and quantity including colours marked outside the box(es). Once signed off the goods have been fully delivered and no claim can be made for a missing item(s). Any relevant remark should be added to the delivery docket when signing for the goods received. Any missing item(s) must be reported on the delivery docket before signing off. Any complaint or claim must be reported within 24 hours by email. All deliveries are from Monday to Friday and during business hours only. A representative of the shipping company will contact you and arrange a date and approximate time. 4myHOME does not arrange delivery to your home. Please, be aware that a re-delivery and storage fees are charged if you are not at home to receive the goods as arranged with the shipping company unless being an"Australia Post" or similar courier parcel. Alternatively you could pick up the goods at the relevant depot. Goods are delivered in front of the property at ground floor level as per courier terms. In case of heavy items it is recommended you are able to carry these items inside your premises. Drivers usually can assist you at their own discretion. Alternatively you can arrange with the shipping company representative the pick up from their local depot .
We fully insure all delivery shipments. In the unlikely event your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) affected at our cost. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss if a request to deliver without any one at the dropping address and shipping documents are not signed off on the day of delivery. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
Free pick up
If you wish to pick up your order directly from our Sydney warehouse, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Goods need to be picked and packed and sometimes assembled prior to packing so sufficient notice must be given prior to collection. All goods to be collected must be paid for in advance through Paypal, EFTPOS or by cash on pick up. It is your responsibility to ensure you have signed for the correct boxes and quantity including colours marked outside the box(es). Although we may supply you with boxes dimensions prior to collection, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a vehicle able to carry the boxes in a safe manner. We are not able to make any suggestion in relation with vehicle capabilities to take the goods according to their make and model. Box(es) will be conveniently placed at the door ready to be picked up. It is your duty and responsibility to load the goods into your vehicle. If goods are not picked up as sheduled there wil be a handling fee to reorganize the box(es) once again.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance Our acceptance of order will take place upon dispatch from our warehouse of the product(s) ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders
Please, contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. If you let us know prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse we will be able to refund or change the order without incurring any cost to you. However if you have received the goods and you wish to change and/or cancel the order we will apply a charge based upon the real shipping cost to recover the goods sent and the real shipping cost to deliver the amended order. A full refund is subject to the goods in question are returned without damage or loss and in its original condition and unopened. Any damage or loss suffered during the return will be deducted from the refund. Please, refer our return policy below.
All our products are selected to ensure they meet quality acceptance as per Australian standards. All our products carries a ONE (1) year manufacturer warranty . Exception are for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawer's runners) and any type of upholstery which are all subject to condition of use and related to wear and tear. As a guidance, kids chairs are rated up to 70kg on a smooth surface. Drawers grenerally have a carry weight up to 5 kg and all within normal use (no slamming). Flat Pack furniture. With all items that comes ready to assemble we strongly recommend to check the parts prior to assembly as our warranty does not include the assembly/disassembly of the product to replace the faulty/damaged part(s). Please, ensure you understand the content of the instructions prior to start the installation and follow its directions fully to avoid any issue. Room is important, so the area is cleared at first and boxes are opened as required. Painted items need to be handled with care at all time. Please, be aware there is no warranty for damages such as scratches, chips, marks, cracks, water, etc after the product has been installed fully or partially. Example, fitting a screw in a timber panel in the wrong area could lead to a crack. There is no warranty when the product(s) or even unopened boxes are exposed to excessive humidity/heat/sun and temperature fluctuation and such as tropical conditions as this may cause, as an example a delaminating of the veneer and/or colour degradation. if in tropical areas we recommend that the room where the product(s) are kept are free of humidity and heat. In fact this is true for any furniture and electronics equipment to ensure a long life.Warranty claim: If a defective part(s) is found when unpacking please take a picture(s) of the defective part(s) as found in the box, showing clearly the defect and sent to us without delay including your order number and contact details clearly identifying the part(s) number(s) from the instruction sheets to claim warranty. Warranty only covers for repair at first, then if repair is not possible for the posting of replacement of defective part(s) or in the case of small item(s) for the full replacement and/or the posting of missing item(s). Proof are required to declare the product is faulty and agreed by the manufacturer. Inspection by a manufacturer representative may be required in some cases. 4myHOME reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use of the product or if the product has been tampered with by a non-authorised personnel. Although some claim may not be covered by warranty or the warranty period has passed, 4myHOME will always offer free advise on repairs if possible. We will pay for the shipping cost and transaction fees if the product is totally defective or beyond repair and/or for any item(s) sent wrongly. All warranties only applies to private purchases. For your peace of mind we offer a 30 days money back guaranty. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and send as much information as possible then click the Return Item(s) button. We will not accept any return prior to issuing a "return number" and instructions to you via email. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).The status of your order must be "completed" prior to be able to activate a return request. Refund: A refund will be processed normally within 7-10 days of receiving the goods were box(es) must be found to be unopened with the content in its original conditions. A deduction on the refund will be applied to cover for any transaction fees, the actual shipping cost to send and send back the goods to our warehouse, even in case of "free shipping" offered with the product(s). Returning: For Australia Post shipped products, the item(s) are returned via the same way. For other "large" items, collection of the goods from your home are Monday to Friday and within business hours only. A staff from the shipping company will contact you to confirm a date and an approximate time. If the goods were previously picked up from our warehouse then you shall return them to that warehouse - Please, ensure in case of furniture the item(s) purchased does fit in the room as there is no refund for choosing the wrong item. Please, also check you have received the correct box(es), quantity and the correct colour before opening them as opened boxes will not be accepted for return. Please, be aware large item furniture over 50kg are not eligible in this return policy.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a gift wrapping service at present.

Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 4myHOME or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
